Vyšehrad

This evening we took a stroll around Vyšehrad, an historic fort/park that’s a 4 minute walk from our flat. It’s one of the first places we explored in Prague last spring, so it was fun to revisit (shame on us for taking so long to get back there, considering how close we are to it now).

Vyšehrad sits on a high cliff that overlooks the river Vltava and is one of the best spots to go for an awesome view of the city in all directions. The Church of St. Peter and Paul is one of its more striking features.

As the daylight started fading, the sky looked amazing. We captured this shot of the church’s bell towers against the sky with my iphone (a shame we didn’t have Amy’s fancy camera with us).

Well, D, it’s still a remarkable photo, iPhone or not.
